Ashley and Josh are two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. They planned their entire wedding from separate states halfway across the country and didn’t see their venue until our site visit together during the week of their wedding. Despite planning from so far away and separated due to each of their positions in the Air Force, they did an amazing job putting together such a meaningful wedding. They were surrounded by so much love and included traditions to tie in their faith and military background which is what brought them together in the first place.
One of my favorite moments of their day was their “no look, first look” where they read letters together that they had wrote to each other and then shared a prayer right before entering into their ceremony. I loooove this idea- sharing a super intimate, emotional moment together right before you get married without seeing each other is so special and you still have the walk down the aisle moment unlike a first look. It’s really the best of both worlds and I am so happy we were able to make it happen for them.
